Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Present petition has been confined to the conclusion of the enquiry proceedings, which have been initiated against the Village Pradhan under the letter of the District Magistrate, Allahabad dated 22.6.2015.
In the facts and circumstances, it is desirable that the proceedings initiated may be brought to their logical end at the earliest possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before the District Magistrate, Allahabad.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
