Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The grievance of the petitioner in the matter of registration of the will deed submitted by him subsequent to the death of the executor of the will under Section 40/41 of the Registration Act needs to be examined by the respondent no.4-Sub Registrar, at the first instance.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation ventilating his grievances before respondent no.4 within two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order. If the petitioner files his representation, respondent no.4 shall consider the same by means of a reasoned order preferably within eight weeks thereafter.
All consequential action shall be taken accordingly.
