This writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents no.2 and 3 to consider and decide the objection dated 15.4.2015 filed under Rule 10 of U.P.Panchayat Raj (Electoral Registration) Niyamawali, 1994 for correction of entry in Electoral Roll-2015 of Vidhan Sabha/Gram Panchayat Electoral Constituency, Jaswant Nagar, Etawah.
The controversy raised by means of the present writ petition stands settled under the judgment and order of this Court dated 14.09.2015 passed in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 52509 of 2015 (Prabhu Nath Mishra vs. State of U.P. And 4 Others).
In view of the aforesaid, this appeal is also disposed of for same reasons and with same directions.
