Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The grievance of the petitioners in the matter of conversation of land holding a grave yard of the Gram Sabha needs to be examined by respondent no.3-Sub-divisional Magistrate, at the first instance.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to file a representation ventilating their grievances before respondent no.3 within two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order. If the petitioners file their representation, respondent no.3 shall consider the same by means of a reasoned order preferably within eight weeks thereafter.
All consequential action shall be taken accordingly.
