This writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to correct / amend the voter list of the Gram Panchayat, Kurhara, Block and Tehsil Koraon, District Allahabad.
The controversy raised by means of the present writ petition stands settled under the judgment and order of this Court dated 14.09.2015 passed in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 52509 of 2015 (Prabhu Nath Mishra vs. State of U.P. And 4 Others).
The present writ petition is also disposed of for the same reasons and with same directions.
