An affidavit of compliance has been filed by opposite party no.6 stating therein that order of the writ court has been complied with in its letter and spirit. However, the fact remains that actual payment has yet not been credited to the account of petitioner.
As prayed a month's time is allowed for ensuring compliance of the order of the writ court as well as the order dated 14.9.2015 passed by this Court.
