Ref : Crl. Misc. Correction Application No. 340021 of 2015 Heard Sri K.K. Rao, learned Counsel for the applicant and Sri R. K. Rao, learned AGA appearing for the State and perused the record.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 18.09.2015 is corrected as follows :
"The third paragraph from the bottom of the order dated 18.09.2015, be deleted and in its place the following paragraph be added:-
"Keeping in view the aforementioned legal position and the fact that in this case no such conditions exists, on the basis of which the bail application of a juvenile can be dismissed, therefore, the revision deserves to be allowed and is accordingly allowed. Order dated 26.06.2014 passed by Sessions Judge Maharajganj in Juvenile Criminal Appeal No. 40 of 2015 by which the judgment and order dated 02.07.2015 passed by Principal Magistrate Juvenile Justice Board Maharajganj are hereby set aside"
