An application for impleadment has been filed for impleading Sri Anand Kumar Singh, Director Bal Vikas Sewa Avam Pustahar, Lucknow, as one of the respondents in the instant contempt petition.
Counsel for the applicant has failed to show as to when the copy of the order of writ court has been served on the aforesaid officer. In view of the above, the application is rejected. However, liberty is granted to move fresh application after serving the copy of the writ court on the new incumbent.
