An application for impleadment has been filed for impleading Dr Mukesh Kumar Singh, Basic Shiksha Adhikar, Unnao as one of the respondents in the petition.
Counsel for the applicant submits that when the said incumbent took charge of the aforesaid post, he gave a representation together with the copy of the order passed by the writ court for compliance on 16.9.2015 but till date no action has been taken.
On due consideration, the application is allowed. Counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary corrections in the body of the petition and take necessary steps.
Issue notice to the newly impleaded respondent returnable at an early.
Registry shall take immediate steps.
