Notice was issued to the opposite party vide order dated 24.8.2015 and the State Counsel was directed to communicate the gist of the order to the opposite party-contemnor.
It has been informed by the Standing Counsel that a letter dated 27.8.2015 was sent informing about the aforesaid order but neither the opposite party is not present nor any one else has contacted on his behalf.
Taking serious view of the matter, let bailable warrant be issued against the opposite party fixing 26.10.2015.
