Ref : Crl. Misc. Correction Application No. 335456 of 2015 Heard Sri Santosh Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the applicant, and Sri Manish Deo, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State, and perused the record.
The correction application is allowed, and in the end of order dated 25.08.2015, as last paragraph the following sentence be added:-
"Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of the Complaint Case No. 457 of 2014 (Smt. Usha Vs. Suresh), under Section 406 IPC, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Gautam Budh Nagar, in pursuance of the summoning order dated 02.04.2015, passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Gautam Budh Nagar, by which the applicant was summoned to fact trial for the offence under Section 406 IPC, shall remain stayed."
