Ref : Crl. Misc. Correction Application No. 335455 of 2015 Heard Sri Santosh Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the applicants, and Sri Nikhil Chaturvedi, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State, and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicants is permitted to make necessary correction in the memo of application.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 27.08.2015 is corrected as follows :
"1. In the 5th line of second paragraph of the order dated 27.08.2015, the word "Judicial Magistrate" be deleted and in its place "Chief Judicial Magistrate" shall be read.
2. In the 8th line of second paragraph of the order dated 27.08.2015, the date "16.07.2015" be deleted and in its place "08.08.2015" shall be read."
Due to error kept in the order dated 27.08.2015, the applicant could not appear before the court below for verification of the compromise, hence the applicant is allowed a week's time to appear before the court below.
