Ref : Crl. Misc. Correction Application No. 335454 of 2015 Heard Sri A. B. Maurya, learned counsel for the applicant, and Sri Nitin Srivastava, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State, and perused the record.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 18.09.2015 is corrected as follows :
"1. In the third line of third paragraph of the order dated 18.09.2015, the word "applicant nos. 1 to 4" be deleted and in its place "applicant nos. 1 to 5" shall be read."
2. In the fifth line of third paragraph of the order dated 18.09.2015, the word "applicant no. 5" be deleted and in its place "applicant no. 6" shall be read."
