Heard Sri D. R. S. Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Nikhil Chaturvedi, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State, and perused the record.
The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the learned Magistrate to record the re-statement of the applicant under Section 164 Cr.P.C., in Case Crime No. 628 of 2014, under Sections 376 and 342 IPC, Police Station Kotwali, District Fatehpur.
Considering the facts of the case, I am of the opinion, that prayer made in the present application is wholly misconceived, and is accordingly dismissed.
