Ref : Crl. Misc. Correction Application No. 335460 of 2015 Heard Sri Kameshwar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, and Sri Manish Deo, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State, and perused the record.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 14.09.2015 is corrected as follows :
"1. In 2nd and 3rd lines of 3rd paragraph of the order dated 14.09.2015, the word "and thereafter posted" be deleted.
2. In the 8th, 9th and 10th line of 3rd paragraph of the order dated 14.09.2015, the word "Additional District and Sessions Judge 'X' Vs. Registrar General, High Court of Madhya Pradesh and others reported in 2015 (2) SCC (Crl.) 514" be deleted and in its place "Shreya Singhal Vs. Union of India, reported in 2015 Vol-2 SCC (Crl.) page 449" shall be read."
