Despite repeated calls, none turns up on behalf of the revisionist.
This revision is pending since the year 2013.
Vide order dated 5.9.2013, this Court has directed the revisionist to file copy of the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. However, no interim order order has been passed by this Court in the instant case. On 27.1.2014 when the case was listed, since none appeared on behalf of the revisionist, the case was directed to be listed in the next cause list. The controversy in the instant case relates to the custody of the victim and vide order dated 1.6.2013 she was directed to be set at liberty by the court below.
In this view of the matter, the revision has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
