Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner no.1-Kailash Chandra Goel died on 19.7.2015 leaving behind his wife Smt. Omwati and son Sanjeev Goel. It has also been pointed out that son Sanjeev Goel is already on the record as petitioner no.2. Application is allowed.
Let necessary substitution be made in the body of the petition within a week.
