Petitioner has moved an application for summoning the opposite party no.2.
According to the Counsel for the petitioner, when the case was listed on 30.3.2015, the Counsel for the respondents sought two weeks' time to file an affidavit of compliance but till date no compliance report has been submitted though about six months' have elapsed.
On due consideration, the application is allowed.
Opposite party no.2 is directed to appear before this Court on 13.10.2015 to show cause as to why proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act may not be initiated for willful disobedience of the order.
List this case on 13.10.2015. Standing Counsel shall communicate today's order to the Standing Counsel.
