It appears from the record that Sri Praveen Kumar Singh, has filed his power on behalf of the opposite party no.2, and his name is also mentioned in the order dated 24.08.2015, passed by this Court. Hence, the present application moved by learned counsel, Sri Hari Keshew Singh, stating that his name may be printed in the said order in place of Sri Praveen Kumar Singh, does not appears to be correct.
Accordingly, the present application is dismissed.
