Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Proper remedy available to the petitioner for executing the judgment and decree dated 15.7.2011 made by the competent civil court in the nature of permanent injunction, must necessarily be proceeded with by filing appropriate application under the provisions of the Civil Procedure Code itself. Writ petition is not the remedy.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
