Heard learned counsel for the parties.
If the petitioners are not satisfied with the notice issued for payment of Rs. 13,45,000/- by respondent no.5, Tehsildar, Firozabad, raised by U.P. Minor Minerals (Concession) Rules, 1963, the petitioner has the remedy of approaching the respondent no.2 Commissioner at the first instance under Rule 77 and thereafter before State Government under Rule 78.
Writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to seek his remedy accordingly.
