Sri Anurag Yadav Advocate, holding brief of Sri Mahendra Pratap, learned counsel appearing for appellant states that the issue raised in this appeal is squarely covered by earlier judgment and order of this court dated 21.5.2015 passed in First Appeal No. 410 of 2004 Ghaziabad Development Authority, Ghaziabad Versus Pradeep Kumar and others and other connected appeals.
2. In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the judgment and order dated 21.5.2015 in First Appeal No. 410 of 2004 (Supra), and in the same terms, this appeal is dismissed.
