Heard learned counsel for the parties.
It is admitted to the petitioner that Revisional Suit No. 610 of 2004 filed by respondent no.4 is pending before the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bhadohi in respect of suit properties at litigations and the petitioner is a defendant in the suit.
The pendency of the suit has deliberately been misconceived in the present writ petition.
Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed for want of concealment of material facts.
