If the petitioner is not satisfied with the demand notice of the electricity bill, he has the remedy of approaching the authority concerned under Clause 6.5 of the Electricity Supply Code, 2005 at the first instance.
Writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to seek his remedy accordingly.
