Against the order of the District Magistrate, Mirzapur dated 25.6.2015 directing presumption of the Gram Sabha land in favour of the State Government. The petitioner may seek his remedy under the provisions of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R.Act at the first instance.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
