Counsel for the Warehousing Coroporation shall produce the name of the Directors, who were nominated to the Board of Directors of the State Warehousing Corporation including the Managing Director as on 15th May, 2013. Standing Counsel shall produce the original records culminating in the order of the State Government dated 16th May, 2013 in the matter of appointment of Co-operative Minister (without disclosing his name) as the Director/Chairman of the U.P.State Warehousing Corporation.
The name of Directors appointed by the Central Warehousing Corporation in terms of Section 20(a) of the Warehousing Corporation Act, the U.P.Warehousing Corporation shall also be produced before this Court along with relevant letters.
