As per the office report dated 21.9.2015 bailable warrants were issued against the accused-respondent, however, today when the case was taken up nobody has put in appearance on behalf of accused-respondents nor the accused-respondent is present before this Court in compliance of the order of this Court dated 7.8.2015.
In view of the aforesaid, list on 4.11.2015, on which date accused-respondent shall be personally present before this Court. In case the accused-respondent does not appear before this Court on the next date fixed in the matter, Court shall initiate steps for taking appropriate action against him.
