If the petitioner are not satisfied with the notice issued by the Yamuna Express Way Industrial Development Authority, Gautam Budh Nagar under Section 10 of the U.P. Industrial Development Act, 1976, the petitioners have the remedy of approaching the State Government under Section 41 (3) of the U.P.Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973, which stands incorporated/adopted under Section 12 of the U.P.Industrial Area Development Act, 1976.
Writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to seek their remedy accordingly before the authority concerned.
