Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner on the basis of vague and general allegations seeks a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents not to interfere with the possession over Plot No. 947, Mauja Sikraul, Pargana Shivpur, Tehsil-Sadar, District Varanasi.
We may however, record that this Court may not exercise its jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India on such vague and general allegation.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
However, it is clarified that no person shall be dispossessed from immovable property except in accordance with law.
