Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The grievance of the petitioner in the matter of unauthorised occupation of land of the Harijan Mandir by the anti social elements, needs to be examined by respondent no.1, District Magistrate, Baghpat at the first instance.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation ventilating his grievances before respondent no.1 within two weeks along with a certified copy of this order. If such representation is filed, respondent no.1 shall consider the same by means of a reasoned order preferably within eights weeks thereafter. All consequential actions shall be taken accordingly.
