Public Interest Litigation filed for the purposes of electricity of Meerut being included in the list of smart city has already been dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court being writ petition i.e. PIL No. 51333 of 2015 decided on 9.5.2015.
This petition has been filed practically for the same relief and it may not be entertained by this Court.
The writ petition is dismissed.
