The petitioner claims to be a widow and apprehends dispossession by force.

The facts as disclosed in the present writ petition are wholly vague and general in nature.

We do not find the case, which may be entertained under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. We however, clarify that no person shall be dispossessed from immovable property except in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of.
