Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
The relief sought in the present writ petition appears to be wholly misconceived. The petitioner does not answer the description of family member of the earlier fair price agent namely, Masood Jaha and, therefore, there cannot be any direction for any out of turn consideration of the application of the petitioner.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
