Affidavit of compliance has been filed by Smt. Kinjal Singh, District Magistrate, Lakhimpur-Kheri-contemnor stating therein that in compliance of the judgment and order dated 15.1.2015, petitioners have been given appointment on the appropriate posts subject to the decision of Special Appeal No. 481 of 2014.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid fact.
On due consideration, it appears that order of the writ court has been complied with in its letter and spirit.
Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed and the notice issued to the contemnor is discharged.
