An affidavit of compliance has been filed by Dr Raj Bahadur Maurya, District Basic Education Officer, Ambedkar Nagar stating therein that in compliance of the order dated 13.7.2015 passed in Writ Petition No. 3446 (SS) of 2015, an order dated 16/9/2015 has been passed permitting the petitioner to join on the post of Head Master in the Primary School, Dahema, Block Bheeti, District Ambedkar Nagar.
In this background, it has been submitted that as the order has been complied with in ts true spirit, the present contempt proceedings be dropped.
On due consideration, it appears that the order of the writ court has been complied with. Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed and the notice is discharged. It is expected that the monthly salary would be paid to the petitioner as and when it becomes due.
