Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The grievance of the petitioner in the matter is that he may be provided necessary monitory benefits subsequent to his retirement. The grievance needs to be examined more appropriately by the respondent no.5, Chief Medical Officer, Hamirpur at the first instance.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation for ventilating his grievances before respondent no.5 within two weeks along with a certified copy of this order. If such representation is filed, respondent no.5 shall consider the same by means of a reasoned order preferably within eight weeks thereafter. All consequential actions shall be taken accordingly.
