Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner was informed that a sum of Rs. 55,493/- was payable towards provisional assessement in respect of the theft of electricity.
The petitioner was granted 15 days time to respond to the provisional assessment. It is his case that reply has been submitted to the provisional assessment. Thereafter, no action has been taken.
Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of.
