Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
The instant appeal has been filed by the eleven out of nineteen petitioners of Writ Petition No. 41017 of 2015 decided on 7.8.2015, it is stated before us that special appeal filed by 8 others, being Special No. 576 of 2015 (Nem Kumari and 7 others Vs. State of U.P. and 5 others) has already been decided vide judgment and order of Division Bench of this Court dated 25.8.2015.
In view of the aforesaid, this appeal is also disposed of for same reason and with same directions.
