Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
There are absolutely no pleadings, which could have required the Hon'ble Single Judge to interfere in writ jurisdiction in respect of the grievance that the appellant no.1 is being harassed by the private respondents because of his marriage with appellant no.2.
We find no illegality in the order of Hon'ble Single Judge specifically in view of the pleadings.
The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
