Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
It is stated that in terms of the order of Hon'ble High Court dated 10.12.2010 passed in Writ Petition No. 16463 of 2005, the petitioner has raised reference no.5/2011 under Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. The petitioner seeks early disposal of the same.
We without enter into the maintainability or otherwise of the reference direct that the reference no.5/2011 be considered and decided strictly in accordance with law preferably within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before the authority concerned.
