Let the respondent no.2-District Magsitrate Pilibhit file an affidavit stating therein as to why the order of the Writ Court dated 21.4.2011 passed in Writ petition No. 23091 of 2011 has not been actually executed. The reply be filed by 17.9.2015 along with photographs of the work done.
