Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
The petitioner could not refer to any statutory provision regarding installation of Statute of one Late Sri Jagannath Singh Verma said to be a freedom fighter on public land with public money. Therefore, there cannot be a mandamus by this Court as prayed for.
The writ petitioner is accordingly dismissed.
