Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
The dispute as raised is as to whether the power house has been constructed on Plot No. 226/8 or it has been installed on Plot No.222, is claimed to be the property of the petitioner.
We are of the considered opinion that issues of demarcation to the area involved, petitioner may file a civil suit and seek such compensation as may be advised, if any, par of his land holding, has been utilized illegally by the respondents.
The writ petition is dismissed.
