Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
There is no material on record, which may show entitlement of the petitioner to claim anything over and above the sum of Rs. 3,00,000/- (rupees three lacs), for which a cheque has been issued by the respondent-authorities in favour of the petitioner.
We are of the considered opinion that no mandamus as prayed need be issued by this Court.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is dismissed.
