Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
The grievance of the petitioners in the matter of issuance of Other Backward Class category caste certificate in their favour in light of the judgment of this Court in the case of Baldev Singh Vs. Tahsildar, Laws (all)-2000-8-2 needs to be examined by respondent no.2 District Magistrate, Bareilly at the first instance with regard to the Government Order's applicable.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to file a representation for ventilating their grievances before respondent no.2 within two weeks along with a certified copy of this order. If the petitioner files his representation, respondent no.2 shall consider the same by means of a reasoned order preferably within eights weeks thereafter. All consequential actions shall be taken accordingly.
