Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
Petitioner before this Court seeks quashing of the order impugned dated 24.12.2014 passed by respondent no.3, Mathura Vrindavan Development Authority. He has a statutory remedy to approach the Commissioner, Urban Development at the first instance under Section 28(1) of the U.P.Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973.
Writ petition is dismissed with liberty to seek his remedy accordingly.
