Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
The Director (Panchayat Raj) U.P. Government under the order impugned dated 17.6.2015 has recorded that the delimitation and constitution of Gram Panchayats has already been notified in official gazette on 4.2.2015. Therefore, no further representations for the purpose can be entertained.
We see no illegality in the order passed, the writ petition is dismissed.
