As respondent no.2 file his personal affidavit categorically stating as to what basis it is being interfered in the construction of the house by the petitioner over the plot allotted in his favour by Allahabad Development Authority for which map has already been sanctioned.
The respondent no.2, if required, shall also call for explanation from respondent no.3.
