Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
It is the case of the petitioner that although the name of the petitioner has been included as one of the beneficiaries under the Indira Awas Yojana but actual disbursement of money has not taken place at the Gram Sabha level. The money has been misutilized by the Gram Pradhan for his own purposes.
In our opinion, the grievance of the petitioner must be examined by the authority concerned.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation for ventilating his grievances before the Collector within two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order. The authority concerned shall consider the same by means of a reasoned order preferably within eight weeks thereafter.
All consequential action shall be taken accordingly.
