Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
The petitioner seeks a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents no.1 to 4 to remove the illegal encroachments made by respondent no.5 over the plot no.10-Anga area 0.1380 hectare recorded as Talab and Plot No. 11Ga area 0.1250 hectare recorded as Bhita situated at Village-Kammarpur, Pargana-Kariyatmedha, Tehsil-badlapur, District-Jaunpur, during the pendency of the instant writ petition before this Court.
The prayer made in the writ petition is wholly misconceived.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
